What is Breo Ellipta?

Breo Ellipta is a combination inhaler containing fluticasone and vilanterol which is used to treat adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to improve symptoms and prevent attacks. Fluticasone is a corticosteroid and vilanterol is a long-acting beta agonist. Both drugs work to reduce swelling in the airways of the lungs making breathing easier. • Signs of a low potassium level such as muscle weakness, limp feeling, numbness, tingling, increased thirst or urination, leg cramps, constipation, irregular heartbeat or a fluttering in your chest.
• Signs of an allergic reaction such as hives, difficulty breathing or a swelling of your face, lips or throat.
