Information We Need
Whether you choose to order over the phone or online, we require the following information to place an order or open an account with us.- The name and dosage of the Medication you wish to order. If you're not sure, or have questions, just contact us.
- Your Personal Information and Shipping address
- Your medical profile. This is a short questionnaire about the current medications you are taking, allergies, and any diagnosed health conditions.
Step Two
Order Online or by Phone
If you choose to order over the phone, simply call us at 1-877-204-1507. We are open 7 days a week.If you choose to order online, the process is quite simple also.
- Search for your medication in the search box at the bottom of this page or at the top of the site. (Call us if you cant find your medication)
- When you have found the strength/dosage and quantity, you wish to order, simply click "add to cart".
- Proceed to the secure checkout and create an account.
- Continue through the checkout process to enter your shipping information and complete the medical profile questions.
- Make a note of the order number once you complete the checkout. It will also be emailed to you. If you have questions about your order in the future, you can always reference this number.
Step Three
Send your Documents
We require a copy of government ID and your prescription to be sent in to us. You can mail, fax, or e-mail us. In addition, we can contact your doctor or pharmacy directly to conveniently obtain your prescription.This documentation is required to meet local regulatory pharmacy requirements and part of our commitment to patient safety.
Step Four
Delivery to your door!
The last step is to sit back and relax. You have just saved a ton on your prescription drug costs. You did not even have to step out of your house. Most importantly, you are taking care of your health without hurting your pockets! We send you an email once your order has shipped (including tracking when available)
